These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Walk by Faith mobile application ("the App"), operated by Everyday Earnings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Walk by Faith is a spiritual wellness application that provides guided trust exercises using KJV Scripture, prayer, and reflection tools. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers. The App is a spiritual tool and is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Walk by Faith offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("Walk by Faith Pro"). Subscription details:

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their renewal.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for Walk by Faith Pro. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and is typically limited to one trial per account.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, prayers, truths, actions, design elements, graphics, and software, is owned by Everyday Earnings LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Scripture quotations are from the King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App's content without our written permission.

7. User Content

When you submit content through the App (such as reflections in the "Tell Me More" feature), you retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating your personalized reflection. We do not use your personal reflections for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than providing the service to you.

8. AI-Generated Content

The "Tell Me More" feature generates pastoral reflections using artificial intelligence. These reflections are intended for spiritual encouragement only and should not be considered professional counseling, theological instruction, or medical advice. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated reflections.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Submit false, misleading, or abusive content.
Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others.
Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Walk by Faith is a spiritual tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional counseling services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everyday Earnings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everyday Earnings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
