I Feel Alone

Genesis 2:7

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

You were never meant to do life alone. God made you for connection — with Him and with the people He places around you.

Matthew 27:51

And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;

The veil was torn from top to bottom. God reached down — you could not reach up. Walk right in.

Psalms 22:1

My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?

Jesus prayed this psalm on the cross. He took the forsakenness so you would never have to know it.

Psalms 88:1

O LORD God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee:

Not every psalm ends with a bow on it. Sometimes faith just keeps praying in the dark.

Ecclesiastes 4:12

And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

You were not meant to face life alone. Two are better than one — and God with you makes three.

Lamentations 1:12

Is it nothing to you, all ye that pass by? behold, and see if there be any sorrow like unto my sorrow, which is done unto me, wherewith the LORD hath afflicted me in the day of his fierce anger.

Sometimes grief is loud. Let it out — God receives what others can't bear to hear.

Ezekiel 34:11

For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.

God is the Shepherd. When human leaders fail you, He never does.
