I Need Hope

Genesis 8:22

While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

Every season of waiting has a morning. God remembers you, and the flood will not have the final word.

Genesis 9:13

I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.

Every rainbow is a receipt. God keeps His word, and His promises outlast every storm you walk through.

Genesis 14:20

And blessed be the most high God, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. And he gave him tithes of all.

Abram would rather be blessed by God than enriched by the world. Some gifts cost too much — even when they're free.

Genesis 15:6

And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

Belief is what God counts. Not performance, not pedigree — simple, stubborn trust in His word.

Genesis 23:4

I am a stranger and a sojourner with you: give me a possession of a buryingplace with you, that I may bury my dead out of my sight.

Grief and faith can hold the same shovel. Even in sorrow, God is quietly keeping His promises to you.

Genesis 49:10

The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.

Your words over your family outlive you. Speak blessing while you still can.

Leviticus 27:30

And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD’s: it is holy unto the LORD.

Mean what you say to God. Your word matters to the One who keeps all of His.

Numbers 24:17

I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.

God can speak hope even from the mouths of your enemies. Listen for His voice in unlikely places.
